It is class-separated, comfortably furnished with a surface area of 31 m². The kitchen is fully furnished microwave, electric water kettle, fridge, ect. In the big bathroom you will find a comfortable plastic big bath, separate toilet, build in washbasin. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable single bed and high quality mattresses and wooden wardrobe. The room has an LCD TV.
Big and comfortable studio RENESANCE is situated in an attractive private hotel area VILLAS IVICA part of Marianka (about 100 m from Bratislava - ZAHORSKÁ BYSTRICA district), with a serene view overlooking the English garden of the nearby monastery. The apartment is part of a three storey family houses with a total land area of about 1500 m2. Private, regularly maintained grade-separated garden with segmented terraces and lawn with park formation. There is an arbor with stylish garden furniture.
The village of Marianka is a stone meters from Bratislava, offering many attractive possibilities for hiking, biking and rural tourism, thanks to its surroundings on the Small Carpathian Mountains. The nearby woods attract mushroom pickers, tourists and bikers. A 50 meters from the apartment there is a beech and oak park with a natural altar and a legendary statue of Virgin Mary (this is the lokation name derived from) offering a perfect oasis of silence with soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
This pilgrim place and the local church have witnessed thousands of Catholic worshipers both from Slovakia and abroad visiting this unique place for many centuries. Within 1 kilometer of the apartment there are many sports and relaxation possibilities: tennis courts, horseback riding, fitness center, squash courts, sauna, swimming pool, massages etc. We will be more than happy to provide you with further information. Our guests can to rent five bikes at their disposal.

CHECK-IN at 14.00 (02.00 PM) at the arrival day unless the landlord and the guest agree otherwise. On arrival make sure everything is clean and ready for your stay. Verify the settings on the intensity of the heating controller located on the radiators in the apartment or convectors with entry doors and customize it to your needs. Turn your refrigerator on and make sure the waste baskets are equipped with rubbish bags. Park your car only at allocated parking lot, for additional car(s) there are specified sites around the accommodation facility.
Please throw the waste to designated area on the instructions of staff. In the event that something goes wrong, breaks, destroys or stops working, please let us know about that fact ASAP in order to take proper action.
Leaving the apartment and CHECK-OUT is at 10.00 on date of the departure unless the landlord and the guest agree otherwise. Make sure everything is ready for your departure. Change the intensity of heating thermostatic head to 2 level. Close all the windows. Turn off and empty the fridge, make sure all electrical appliances are turned OFF, such as satellite TV, DVD, HIFI, etc. Turn off all lights. In particular, please make sure all electrical appliances in the kitchen are turned off. Lock the door and leave the key in the lock from the outside.

APART HOTEL VILLAS IVICA*** (hotel company IVICA SK, spol. s r. o.) is entitled to claim following cancellation fees in case the guest cancels his/her binding reservation by a letter, electronic mail of fax:

14 days before arrival - 70 % from the price
less than 1 day before arrival or no show - 100 % from the price
